Both services explained they could no longer join either after running a number of tests and trying different things. I have gotten mixed responses from Nexon. I don’t believe the first one understood what I was inquiring as he just said he’d pass it on to the programmers. I tried again a couple months later and was satisfied with a different reaction.

VPNs are clearly contrary to the TOS and while W[tfast and Battleping are both personal networks they alone shouldn’t be blocked as they’re used by tens of thousands of gamers who suffer from high latency. Battleping also utilizes the users IP address to login before connecting via the US server that Nexon would have the ability to see I would assume.

He also states the game should be playable with no services that you have a broadband connection which is not true. The delays are clear as day and not everyone lives close to the servers in the usa. With no services the overall gameplay experience isn’t smooth. There are noticeable delays in attacks and buffing. Also trying to pull off a double flash jump close to immediately is impossible without these solutions.
