O poveste despre justiţie şi servicii secrete

Rezumat
Pentru o mai bună înţelegere a acestei poveşti – din nefericire, foarte asemănătoare cu realitatea - studiul este împărţit în mai multe planuri: un scurt istoric al Serviciului Independent de Protecţie si Anticorupţie, cunoscut tuturor sub denumirea de SIPA; analiza pe scurt a elementelor de legendă ale acestei poveşti, o scurtă trecere în revistă a legislaţiei române aplicabile, precum şi a practicii Curţii Europene a Drepturilor Omului în materia deţinerii de informaţii privind viaţă privată a persoanelor.
For a better understanding of this kind of story – unfortunatly, so similar with the reality – the study is divided into many plans: a short record of The Independent Service for Protection and Anticoruption, known to everyone under the naming of SIPA; a short analysis of the elements of legend of this story, a short review of the Romanian aplicable legislation, and also of the juridprudence of The European Court of Human Rights in the matter of holding informations regarding the private life of the persons.
