Corneliu Bîrsan (născut la 16 decembrie 1943 la Muntenii de Jos, Vaslui) este profesor de drept civil, fost decan al Facultăţii de Drept a Universităţii Bucureşti în perioada 20 ianuarie 1990 – 30 iunie 1998.
